WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

We are a group of friends that have joined together to serve hot meals to the homeless or near homeless in Albuquerque the 3rd Sunday of every month and help support and gather donations for two orphanages, an elderly home and a teen home in Juarez and Madera Mexico.

Please join us. We are always in need of volunteers to serve meals and provide friendship to those in need as well as donations of food, clothing, blankets, hygiene products, household items, cleaning supplies, school supplies and any other items to help our friends on the street and in the shelters.

Partners

We have partnerships with Noon Day Ministries in Albuquerque, NM and Rescue Ministries of Mexico in Juarez and Madera, Mexico.

Noon Day Ministries is a local ministry that provides a hot lunch to hundreds of Albuquerque’s homeless and near-homeless population. They also can provide rental, utility and transportation assistance. School supplies, christian legal aid, haircuts, clothing, toiletries, grocery provision, showers and more.

We will prepare and serve a meal on the 3rd Sunday of each month at their location.

Rescue Ministries of Mexico is a ministry in Mexico that provides shelter, meals, and clothing to their orphanages, teen home and rehabilitation center in Juarez, Mexico and their orphanage and elderly home in Madera, Mexico.

We collect donations throughout the year to help with their everyday needs.

FOOD- canned food-all types, beans, tuna, flour, cereal, coffee, cooking oil, pastas, peanut butter, rice, salt, sugar and more.

CLOTHING-All types of clothing and shoes in all sizes for men, women and children.

TOILETRIES- body soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, baby oil, deodorant, hair gel, toilet paper, toothbrushes, toothpaste, foot powder, combs, body scrubbers, adult diapers, baby diapers, q-tips.

CLEANING SUPPLIES-brooms, mops, trash cans, trash bags, rake, Ajax, Clorox, Pine-Sol, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet bowl cleaner, Windex, oven degreaser, scubbing pads and cleaning towels

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS-Washing Machines, Dryers and Refrigerators
