Getting Connected

How do I get connected at Soul Rio?

Whether you’ve attended church your whole life or never stepped foot in a church even once, Soul Rio is a safe place to bring your doubts, questions and curiosity–regardless of your beliefs or background. We invite you to take a look around and see some of our opportunities. With wonderful programs for children, youth, and adults alike, there is a place for you to get connected. When you experience the Soul Rio family, you’ll find:

  • A casual atmosphere
  • Friendly faces who’ll help you find your way around
  • Energizing praise and worship and engaging teaching directly from the Bible
  • Amazing children’s spaces (LIFT) and youth space (The Underground)

There are many ways to connect with the Soul Rio family.  You can start by attending one of our weekend worship services on Saturday evenings at 6:30 p.m. or Sunday mornings at 9 or 10:30 a.m..  Come early for coffee and you’ll be amazed at how quick you’ll find some new friends who will love to show you around and tell you more about Soul Rio.  Our greeters will show you where to park, where to enter, and where to check your children in for LIFT, our dynamic children’s ministry.  You’ll also meet some leaders of our Rio Links (Small Groups) that meet close to your home.

Here are some other ways to get connected…

  • Meet with God in worship, Saturdays at 6:30 p.m. or Sundays at 9 and 10:30 a.m. at Southern Plaza
  • Attend a Rio Link close to your neighborhood.
  • Attend Rio Talk at the home of Pastor Dan and Tracy Lewis
  • Check out our Info Zone , filled with cards about Soul Rio’s ministries and Rio Links.
  • Participate in various ministry opportunities for children, youth, men, women, 20 somethings, and more!

  • Serve at Soul Rio by teaching children, youth, or serving in one of our exciting ministries.
